Step into your private contrast suite and feel the deep warmth of the sauna loosen every tight muscle. Then dip into the cold invigorating water bath as your breath quickens and your senses sharpen. Moving between these extremes boosts circulation, eases soreness, and reduces fatigue, leaving you completely refreshed, recharged, and fully alive.

DURATION

The general recommendation is to alternate between 15 minutes in the sauna, 3 minutes in the cold plunge, and a 1 minute rest. Repeat for the duration of your 60 minute session.

COMFORT

Our contrast suite has Bluetooth speakers in the sauna and a private shower. Enjoy in solitude or with a friend at your own pace.

FREQUENCY

We recommend  2 to 3 sessions per week for long lasting results.
